First off: This happened a few days ago , before i went on vaccation, i returned today, therefor i post this now. I hope that this is enough.

General: This user made a CLEAR trade agreement, after i went first he removed me from his friendslist ( ~ 1/2 days after the trade , this was the time where i was on vaccation ). I posted on his wall why he did that and remined him, that i have videos of everything and that i will report him, ofc, i resend him a friend request. Today i confirmed: he blocked me and removed my comment.

What happened?
I met this user randomly. We had a common discussion, when he was asking me if i want games or aussies. I said, aussies.
His offer: if i go first and trade him ANYTHING ( his own words) he will buy an aussie from the market and gift it to me.
I thought: why not, i trust him ( i know foolish, but i was in a good mood .... (._. ) )
I soon noticed that he started at insanly low stuff, saying i can give gim wep.
I did, and everytime i put something in he wanted something else ( i belive he tried to test out what i am willing to give him)
He also asked for my high value items ( unusuals, spec stranges . But i denied [ good choice , how it now shows.... ] )

In the end we agreed on : I give him 2 steam game keys + 1 pan + 1 strange pretty boys pocket pistol.

NEWS:

Today the scammer contacted me - and resnd me my items . I told him that it isn't taht easy since i also sent him 2 game keys for steam games.
I haven't accepted or declined the offer. I want that his scm gets punished.

Can u guys tell me how i should behave no? as u saw he ran with the items and made his profil private, changed his name etc.

But i saw that someone posted the lnk to this report on his wall a few days ago, and now he is scared.

He scamed another dude out of his items too, but that dude is a nooby and doesn't know anythin about reporting etc. That is the dude i am refferring to.

I admin i am scared that if i accept his " repayment" just the tf2 items, nothing about the keys. so not a repayment after all , he won't get punished.

But i am not lying, so i share this news.

You don't have to close the report if you receive repayment, in fact, you can't request a report to be closed. Repayment will merely be considered when reviewing the case.

 

I'll leave this as Under Investigation. Let me know if the accused repays you.

So, after he told me he wants to give me back my tf2 stuff i wrote on his profil wall, that he has to also repay something for the games etc.
i than saw that he said " i can't do that but i can give u strange killstreak fists of steel "
i think i scammed those , too...
anyway, i told him i have zhose already. today i saw on my phone his msg: " thanks to you my account will be banned for 2 months"
He is neither trade banned by steam nor tagged ( since this report is still under investigation) so i have ide what this was about, i also cant access the chat to get screens since he unfriended me and half of this was by comments on his wall which he deleted. Oh and he also wanted me to wait 3 days for some game codes. i told him u showed me that u r not trustworthy when it comes to this.
so i am again at the start.
