Implemented RTV Update to all Surf servers

Back to normal sounds fine.
Though I'd make admins/donators/top100
Though some top100 people can be kind off.. idk, selfish.
I mean top10 is not really a lot of people. (basically 10. haha. funny) So in total that would make like 6 admins + maybe 50 donators + 10 top players.

so top50 seems fine if thats possible.
6 admins + maybe 50 donators + 50 top players

(yet the original problem of "1 player cant rtv" isnt resolved with this)

 

Well if 1 person is online he cant rtv because 2 are required. And if 2 persons are online 1 rtv is required.
This is not how it is supposed to work..

Is it possible to disable the new minimum on the 1-6 server? People are mostly alone there.

 

1. With 7 min left and 2 people on the server it says "The minimum amount of players has not been met". Not sure if that was the thing thats supposed to be there but thats there.
(Tested with only 1 person aswell, same outcome. 1-4 Server. Both players over Potato)
2. 1-6 is fine as i was told


SHORT UPDATE:
19min left. 2 players (rank above potato) were on the (1-4) server and the RTV asked for just 1 person to vote.

Another update:
"The minimum amount of players has not been met" on 1-2 aswell.

 

It worked on the Donator surf server, when it was me alone i could just rtv and it said "You need (0) to rock the vote, there's (1)" - Not completely accurate" and when we were two it worked fine. It said something like : "You need (2) to rock the vote, there's (1)"

 

Youre not a donator neither are you in the top 100, as far as i know.. Im kinda confused.
The 1-6 (aka Donator aka Top100) RTV-System is supposed to work that way.
And i pointed that out aswell. ^^
