Why do you think you should be unbanned?

Hello there, I don't know how this happened but I know it happened without any proof from any of the trading sites' admins. I have been banned from OP - no proof. Backpack.tf - no proof, now I am marked as a scammer without any proof. I am not even on any ban list and I still have a tag??

I don't really understand how your justice system works but as far as I am concerned it is innocent until proven guilty not the other way around. I mean if you are banning people because they are guilty by association you might as well ban everyone.
I understand owning items which have been owned by a scammer or his alts make me a suspect but that only warrants a two-week ban on outpost maximum and I would be ok with that. I understand it is against the rules and that punishment is in place but this is neither founded nor acceptable. Thank for your help. ​

Hello @Tio José das Vacas, I don't understand what you mean by relation. The owners of these accounts are not my relatives or anything. We have shared the same PC and logically internet connection but this account belongs to me and I have full control over it. And yes I did have Göt avec Fromage added yesterday if you are going to ask that next, but that is it.

 

What's your relation with them? Are they your brothers, parents, friends....

As I said they are not my relatives, we are friends. And no I do not share my account.

If I had a different account I wouldn't bother appealing. So no, I don't have alts, nor is my email linked to other accounts.

I don't need their accounts, I have all my games here so no to that as well.

No I am not brokering for them I know that brokering for scammers is against the rules. My backpack is not empty, I turned it to friends only seeing as I can't join trading servers anyways, if you wish I can make it public again.

You received 3 expensive items from the main/alt accounts and you went right away to sell one of them on OP. Are you sure you're not selling the items for them/him?

 

I did not sell any hat that had a scammers or alts history on OP. And once again no, not selling for the alts or scammers. I'm selling for myself. I don't have a deal with them or anything.

 

So for example this item History for #3360477281 - backpack.tf , explain how it went from an alt, to you and them to a user.

 

I traded for the kiss king and then traded for the sunbeams patriot. Now you will ask he how come the patriot appeared in an alts backpack to which I can only say I that was a mistake on my side while using the mobile app and will retrieve it back as soon as the owner of the account is back home. That was an honest mistake, which should not have happened, and I hope that having an alts history on the hat will not compromise me in any way.

After I was banned on OP, I decided to start a new trade until I got the situation handled with my ban. As you can see I have not bumped it after I set it up. Secondly regarding the items if you check the history the previous owner was not the main but only an alt. I have also traded for these and they fully belong to me and no one else. If you are worried that I am brokering for the main or his alts I am not. Nothing I own or will own, will ever be in a scammers/alts backpack, nor will any of my sales be sent to a scammer. I just want to continue trading like everyone else and not pay for someone elses mistakes.
