Why do you think you should be unbanned?

To my understanding, many people have been scammed by getting their gifts revoked. This trade that cost me, a 3-year Steam member, a member of CSGOLounge, TF2/CSGOutpost, Scrap.tf, and Backpack.tf for a long while now, a person with several thousand hours across my games, a permanent ban on my profile I feel is unjust. As I explained to the kind Moderator from FoG that spoke with me via Steam, this concept of trading Steam gifts and such, anything outside of items from CS:GO and TF2, is a completely dark area in the trading realm regarding myself. I have a little over one-thousand hours on TF2, which I quit a long while ago due to keys shooting up in refined prices, and over one-thousand hours on CS:GO, which I continue to play and trade on. Comparing myself to the Steam user that reported me for 'scamming', whose Steam account is about one or two months old, whose profile is set to friends-only, and has only four badges, I would consider myself much more trust able given the fact that I have had absolutely zero previous reputation reports over my 3-year trading spree. I have not, nor have I ever scammed anyone. Although I say that, I've been reported for such yesterday even though, as I will explain again, it was completely unintentional. Later last evening, I did consider adding the accuser back, alas, he had blocked me and there was no way I could speak to him. This whole situation is an accident on my part, by assuming that I would not be eligible to receive my items back if they revoke the gift according to many forums including the official Steam User Forums, and I unfortunately took the hit for it. I formally apologize to everyone involved. ​

You are lying and you are playing the victim now, you didnt mention anything about revoke BEFORE trade and u refused to CONSULT with me u just deleted me after you received the gift, blocked me and also you kicked me from your group, avoided ALL contact with me

Also if you think that by playing the victim you will get unbanned, think again cos there is more than enough evidence that you are a scammer, a scammer who took my gift and deleted me and now implies that hasn't scammed anyone ever

I am not trying to play the victim. I stated that I take full responsibility for this, and I mentioned that this was an unfamiliar area in trading for me. This is the one time I have ever screwed up, and I've never previously scammed anybody. Of course in my luck, I get permanently banned. If I had, I would've had a SteamRep ban long ago. I feel that a permanent ban is unjust, and I would rather have a temporary ban. There are real scammers that don't even get permanently banned. The reason why I blocked you is because I felt that you were going to scam me, and my items could not be returned by Steam. Trust me, I have hundreds of scammers blocked on Steam, and I can go through the process of screenshotting it all to prove it. I am still unsure of this whole process, but my tag of a 'Game Scammer' is a little harsh, considering this was my first-ever trade where not all of it did not take place in the trade window. Again, I'm not trying to 'play the victim', I'm only trying to appeal to get my tag at the very least downgraded to where I can use CSGOLounge again. I only ask to be unbanned from that website, since it has been the most helpful to me. I apologize again to anybody involved in this mess. I regret ever trying to trade in a manner that I was unsure about, and I admit that I shouldn't have instantly come to the conclusion that you were scamming me. I realize now that just because several people across many trading forums including the official Steam User Forums say that they've been scammed this exact way doesn't necessarily mean I will. I'm only asking to at least get my tag downgraded or whatever it takes to be able to use CSGOLounge again.

You get my gift and you delete me, you scam me
and then you come here ignoring all the evidence against you
you ask for unban so you can use cs:go lounge again for YOUR own purposes
you feel as if the permanent ban is UNJUST for you but scamming my gift is JUST and u want a TEMPORARY ban for SCAM
and forget about all of this right? my gift will remain at your library while my payment is nowhere

You don't know one thing though, the only way of getting yourself unbanned is by reversing the trade (which never happened cos you scammed me) either give me my gift back or give me my keys, take screenshots of all of that and post them here, i will also support you

 

I'm not ignoring the evidence in any way. I confronted you before I removed you, I didn't just blatantly or intentionally scam you. If I had the intentions of scamming you, I would've just removed you without making you wait, without questioning you, and without confronting you. I'm patiently waiting for the moderators and administrators to make the choice to accept or decline the appeal. They can see the evidence, and hopefully they know that I wasn't intentionally trying to rip you off or anything. If I was trying to scam you, they'd see that I'd be trying to trick you, and when you gifted the game to me, I would've just instantly removed and blocked you. Initially, you were the one that was entrusting me, and I even said that I would prefer to wait until your gift was tradable. You, on the other hand, had to try and get me to do it right then. That's another reason why I thought you were trying to scam me. Usually, scammers try to rush stuff as quickly as possible. I did not try to do that, I wanted to wait.

 

You appeal will NOT be accepted, you seem to very ignorant too, you SCAMMED me hello, you got the gift I got nothing in return and you deleted me so stop trying to play a victim

Yes I am the immature one who scams first and then gets banned. I am the one who justifies using ignorance and asks for selfish rights.

No, not yet. I told him to just revoke it so we could both be satisfied but he refused to. I'd still like him to do it since this has hurt my trading in CS:GO so bad that I can't stand it anymore. I can't use any of the sites I used to anymore, and can't even connect to the trading servers just because of this misunderstanding that was unrelated to CS:GO.

 

Hello @Dante, are you going to revoke the game or you're still want the payment for it?

 

No I am NOT going to revoke the gift (more precisely I can't, I told him that when he refused to believe me) so there is nothing left for me but my payment

 

@Justin Wiseguy, you need pay for the game as you guys originally agreed. Please provide proof that you have payed the user. @Dante, after he pays you please make a reply stating that.

I can't promise I'll get the keys really soon. It might take a week or two to be able to make the money. I'll pay as long as my tag gets removed from SteamRep and I get unbanned from the trading sites I used to use.
