I spent like 30 minutes to find how to do it, but couldn't so I took one from browser. You can tell me how to tho .

 

Here are the steps:
1) Copy the user’s SteamID64
2) Type /namehistory at the end of the URL
2) Paste it and send it through Steam chat to a friend or alt
3) Open the link within Steam chat
