Implemented Zombie Escape Server Updates

    Here, all updates/changes made to our ZE server will be posted.

    The following changes have been performed:
    - Updated grenade effects (the one performing freezes when you throw a smoke) to a CS:GO version (fixes some issues)
    - Added !guns/!weapons menu, which automatically opens on spawn, allowing you to save weapon preferences.
    This should make "rollouts" faster

    I'd like to see that plugin, its not really necessary but i'd be nice to have either way.

    I think the HP bar plugin would be cool and somewhat useful, however I think it might become to cluttered according to the screenshots. I am sure up for a test if it is not too much effort to add this plugin :).

    Considering adding santa hats (csgo built-in ones) and a santa model (free).

    As for the plugin, won't probably happen before the holiday season is over, that's when I remove the santa model (and free up the precache table).
    Otherwise the server might crash a lot more frequently.

    This is strange.. I played on a server with full !zmarket working (~15 custom models, player/grenade trails, glasses, wings, chat colors) and HP bars plugin, and it wasn't crashing. There were lots of red errors in the console, but somehow it still worked :D

    The red errors occur when the model/material doesn't exist, so it (most likely) also doesn't get added to the table.
    Also note that the limit was reduced (well not actually reduced, but Valve added more of their stuff in) with the winter update.

    I support the health bars thingy, but i would suggest making them a lot slimmer.

    EDIT: actually, no, don't use it. I'm getting errors with models and sounds (tried on a virtual machine).

    Others have reported problems with it too.
    May consider once it 's working properly (if not only for the countdown sounds).

    Oh, it was actually me being dumb. I updated all the files except the .smx itself, lol. Everything seems to work fine now.

    Also, how did you manage to fix "Can't create mixer" sound problems after the last CS:GO update if you're not using this latest plugin? Or you use some sort of old metamod/sourcemod/zombiereloaded combination?

    I will continue testing and tweaking my local server.

    Hello! I am the original author of the zr bars plugins and that is my screenshot. I have others health bars more slimmer, surely I will publish it soon in the plugin thread

    Btw, I see that this zombie server use a lot of plugins made by me. I am glad that you like my work :D

    n0name, may I ask what "gun menu" plugin you are using on f-o-g? I tried to find it on AM but failed.

    UPD: found it. I didn't know I can do "sm plugins" on other servers too xD

    Love the idea of a health bar. However, it should it alot slimmer.

    Hey, n0name, may I ask what these two of your plugins do?

    [CS:GO] Suppress Messages (1.1b) by n0:name
    [CS:GO] Map Message Highlighter (1.0) by n0:name

    If I'm not mistaken, the second plugin strips out "CONSOLE: " from output, looks for any special symbols like >>> and ** and automatically changes their color to red, right? And changes the color of the rest of the text to lime (or light green).

    Also, what happens if there are no special symbols around messages, do you add some default ones?

    The first one lessens the chatbox spam by stripping disconnect and improving connect messages.
    On the second one you are right. If it doesn't find any '>' or '*', it will just print out the message in default colors.

    That's great. I always thought those "ReadMe=>" or "INFO: " messages are unnecessary, they only eat the space and make it harder to read the instructions.

    Thats good to know n0:name. Was wondering how to implement those colors to my maps by a trigger.
