Description (describe what happend):
I was playing on the GMOD server and constantly harassed and CDM RDM by Starfish and Darkregen whilst the helper Oku did nothing and was also harassing me.
This just happened throughout the afternoon and darkregen said it was only a game and to have fun with all the constant FAILRP.

Now, I will not say I was this perfect person throughout this, I did kill them when they were Skeletons in spawn with a knife for a min or two.

I also failed the "proppush and propminge" which started of as an accident then was abused slightly for a bit which led to it being completely abused by darkregen, but this is not included in the report as it is hypocritical. However, they would not stop and it was constant and so this is why it being reported.

Also, this has gone on for multiple days and so I grew tired and loved the nvidia feature "shadowplay" to finally report them after making excuses when staff were on for a lot of CDM.

The reason Oku! didn't do anything is probably because it was harmless fun.
Fun that you partially started yourself.
There was no one else there, nobody was trying to roleplay and quite frankly you never asked us to stop.
You never said anything along the lines of; "Guys, stop, I want to roleplay."
Shifting blame on Oku! is a dick move considering we were all laughing our asses off.

You made a very nice report and I admit to doing everything listed in it.
I hope you realize you are just as much part of this as we were.
If we indeed get banned for this, you'll definitely be going with us.

Friends playing around on an empty server.

 

First of all I'm not the server moderator.
You were failrping and breaking rules also. Spawnkilling, freehitting players, forgetting to advert.
There was only 4 players on the server and nobody was roleplaying. It was just everyone messing around as a friends.
I warned darkregen and spartan for breaking rules earlier, but just gave up because nobody was listening anyway.

 

Seeming as my car was stuck in a wall, I NEVER CDM.
Harassment? I STOOD SOMEWHERE AND YOU RUN ME OVER?
I mentioned I RDM'D and Spawnkilled a little as you DID NOT STOP it for me.
You continued TO SPAM THE TASER on me?

Grow up and accept the blame, You CDM me most days I am on "He was in the middle of the road".

And so when JB is with low people do you say you abuse then?

It also appears you edited moderator in front of Oku's name to helper, to help the odds be in your favour.

 

I did not do that to be in my favor, Oku mentioned it and I said I'd edit it, I had Helper written later on if you noticed, but just missed it prior.

EDIT: Seeming as me and you always seem to spam with how much we "hate" eachother in these sorts of threads, I will only reply to yours if it has something I need to address, I am not going to further insult you or make it worse, if I feel like something needs explanation I will reply.

EDIT 2: If Thiazzy wants the full video of all the source blocks I can provide this, It might take me some time and have some gaps, but in those gaps little should have had happened.

 

Yeah full video would be great, sometimes we make exceptions if server is empty, but theres just a bit too much RDM for my liking in the video. Also it sort of seem like you guys bully Spartan with RDMs and harrasement "gay" and stuff, not killing the others

That was starfish, theres no "We" in one guy calling someone gay.

 

Christ, nobody is innocent here. I won't even bother taking a look at the evidence, comments explain it already. I guess it wasn't nice of Oku, Dark and Starfish to break some rules but that doesn't mean Spartan should have broken the same rules as them. Could have simply asked them to stop or leave the server. But since only 4 of them were online, it should be pretty obvious they were just screwing around. Honestly, a warning should be enough.

 

Maybe a punishment to all rule breakers should be in order?

Don't judge something by its cover, If you think that I did a tonne then it's wrong. I broke a RDM rule a little when I say a little. Think of it like this.

For every RDM I did. There were 4-5 CDM/RDM towards me.

It was not like I broke them a lot, I broke them a little.

I do not care if I am punished a little for my take, but it should not be the same punishment.

Might I remind you that, mine happened to day, whilst its been ongoing for the Starfish and CDMing me.

And I did ask for them to stop but I gave up with that. I asked them multiple times before this event and once/twice during it.
I also only resorted to RDMing them after they had already killed me multiple times.

And lastly, they also tried to abuse their roles (Get 2 people to go swat, rob bank and split it) which is a major offense.
They also ganged up (Police did not attempt to stop the other guy killing me) Which is fail rp, they helped and they are meant to be incorruptible.

And it sure as hell doesn't indicate that Oku! wants to help either.

If you truly wanted to rp you should've told us.
If you truly felt bullied or targeted, you could've said so or messaged us.
You did neither of this, you were just trying your best to screw us over in the end.

If you remember, you came up to me shot me, so I started punching you.

I was walking around because I was going to and fro.
As a medic, you are always looking for work.
As a mob boss, you are always looking to mug one person whilst you are printing.

I gave up. Do you want to know why? This is the FIRST TIME I got evidence of it.
And the video makes it looks like it was the only thing I did? Pfft 7 mins and 30 secs of evidence does not equate to the 2 hours I was on. Nor every other day where you drive round and deliberately CDM me?

Me walking around town or watching you does not equate to fail rp.
If something is happening in the town when the police are there, what do people do? They try to see what is going on?
It was not me FAILRP. I was doing productive things. As you saw in the video I was building a base at times and others going to the town square as you are able to buy armor there.

But one last thought.
Lets use Jailbreak.
If there were 6 people on jailbreak.
Would you suddenly go around with the 1 other blue and start freekilling people and breaking rules?
Then use the excuse that "There were only 6 people on?"
And then of those other 3 people sometimes took revenge because of the constant breaking of the rules?

My thought is no?
So why is it different here?

Your severe lack of communication towards us was very obvious, in the video as well.
You're also giving accusing me of more things, never considering stepping to me over Steam and talking about it.
Instead you decide to report us for offenses you commited yourself as well, regardless of how long.

Were not abusers, were not cavemen, none of us are. We were all having fun on an empty server.
And yes, if I'm on jailbreak with 3 or 4 other regulars we tend to fuck around on the map as well.
As long as none of the other players who want to play normally get harmed or annoyed.
Something you never indicated, and that's makes your report so pretentious.
