Description: A friend who I believe I met from a group called Major General Giggy's Army Region, where he used to be a raffler but was removed from the group due to scamming. I haven't talked to in forever had wanted to give me a birthday present. The present had me giving all of my CS:GO items that had been really worthless so he could trade it up for a cheap knife. He got confused when I asked him for an item the same worth as my own so that no trade-scam could have happened. He told me to look at his comments, he had a decent amount of +rep and some trust that I gave him most of my items. Few days pass, he ignores me when I try to say something to him. He hasn't been proved to be a scammer, yet. I checked once everyday to see if he's online or not. When I checked again a few days after the trade, he wasn't on my friends list. I found him on a community search up and I clicked the friend button to check if I was blocked, and yes I was. Certain websites have listed him as an untrustworthy trader, giving more spotlight on the fact that he will continue to scam, after myself and the others from the past. A report on steam-rep was targeted against the scammer, it gives evidence of a scam involving pay-pal, in which the scammer doesn't pay up for an unusual and tries to point back at the victim for falsifying and actually "scamming" the scammer, which fails due to proof and evidence given by the victim that points at the victim paying up first.
