Already wrote a report on OP which was accepted but just being banned of OP is not much of a punishment when trading with or even scamming 3000+ Keys worth of items with a marked scammer.

Knight. Moneymaker The Jew's Backpack - backpack.tf - His backpack jumped 7K in matter of hours from his last.
Mad #cleaned again's Backpack - backpack.tf - The only person's profile that keeps coming up in the item's history of Jew's new items. Makes sense because if you check the graph of his backpack few days ago, he had the same items.
http://gya...ada5f0 - Picture of his backpack.tf with items few days ago.

Jew is not an alt but Mad was said to be scammed into giving Jew the items so he could gamble for him on Sweetstakes. Since Mad was IP banned from the site, he had to get someone else to gamble for him. Instead it was reported that he ran when asked to give the items back. Either way it could be seen as brokering for a banned user or trading with one? Clearify : Dating back to 13 days ago (when Mad was marked on steamrep) still covers the time of July 22nd when this transfer of items happened. He was banned off outpost more than a week ago aswell meaning that it is still before July 22nd. Whoever ran SweetStakes at the time would probably be notified anyways by the gamblers on sweetstakes.tf or just over the 6 day time span of his ban on steamrep.

Some of the item's history :
    History - backpack.tf
    History - backpack.tf
    History - backpack.tf

Jew's screenshot which proves he has some association with Mad at the time: http://i.imgur.com/mNNpFdO.png - Traded the Festive knife back to Tim BRB which was Mad at the time (Check past names)

Mad's screenshot proves that the items that were traded to Jew were indeed not won on SweetStakes and instead traded directly to him.

There was no proof for a clear agreement that proves the items were scammed. But the trading back and forth from sweetstakes bots and the 2 users shows that they were using the items to gamble. Jew also did not put anything in on his end when the trades happened. It looks like a scam and Mad confirms it, but there is no real proof of an agreement to say so.

However, the items that were traded were very high tier (3000+Keys) anyways.

Update: His backpack is now private but the items are still recorded in his BP.TF Profile.
