Accepted [Server ban] Ban Appeal - Darkregen

"Coming back" Playing on the servers and being active in a community is two different things.

 

The reason to why people from FaG got unbanned is because they didn't contribute to any of
the bullshit Headtricker made, meanwhile you created a group which is just as bad.

 

The gist of this appeal is that his aim is to simply play on the servers, not to return to the forum.


Keep that in mind before arguing about his forum behavior; as I think we should reflect more on his behavior in the servers.


But I must ask this in relevance to Pruu's post; why are you appealing really?

Nearly everything you do points towards dislike and spite against the very place you're aiming to play on
(And I never recall being one of the people that were mean towards you; so generalizing the admins which include me makes me a little sad to see)

 

I dont recall saying "All the admins" at any point here, because i definitely dont hate everyone, one a small selected group of people.

While on this, almost the only persons that doesn't want me unbanned are the persons who dislike me. I find it fun.

 

Basically the forum isnt giving second chances, which is understandable, i just don't understand how if dark is saying he isnt going to start shit with people, why does it affect everyone? its just another person playing on one of your servers..

 

A lot of other people have stated their opinions that might have been seen as offensive towards others, but they never got banned. So why should my opinion get me banned?

 

First of, let me just clear this out.
Members and admins are the exact same thing, and I think some people may misunderstand this concept, because of course, there are some power-hungry people in this world, that just need to realize that this is not how things work out.
Of course, some people have their opinion, but I think that usually we should not let some random opinion(in this case, your opinion, Dark,) get to their nerves. I know this is hard to do, because I've myself been in some situation where I've had to take straight action, actually been banned because of saying my own opinion. We're in this state where your opinion is not valid until others agree with you. Kind of stupid, eh?
I think that you should get another chance, but still, why did you make that steam group? Why do you even bother to dig in it, when you know it's for the better to let it go, forget and forgive?
You'd need to take some things a bit more seriously now. I understand that some people have their opinions, but some opinions are better off in the grave than bringing them to life, if you know what I mean.
Especially now when you've made so many big mistakes, insulting other people, calling them things, which I will not mention here. But yet, I think you deserve a better chance, IF you're up for it to have some consequences if you break them again. Therefore I'd suggest you just to keep it cool, and accept the rules and members(including admins) and behave.
As I said, it's better taking a harsh opinion to the grave if you know it's going to get yourself down.

Now for some other facts, Darkregen isn't really a bad guy after all, even though he has his flaws, opinions and even his dumb insulting words, he is clearly a person like us. If you choose to behave, follow the rules, and stop making fun of the FoG-community, I'd be all in for giving him another chance by this point. Let's not forget that he actually did his job when he was an admin, therefore he is somewhat trustworthy, even though people sometimes tend to overreact.

If we're going to unban this guy, we might aswell unban every single person from "Fortress Of Gays" or whatever it's called.
If this guy really misses this community, then he should've thought twice before even considering making a group like this. Oh, and
also i'd like to remind you guys that the group is still open.

 

Let me get something straight here.

Im not sorry for what i did, i dont miss the "community" i miss playing with a couple of dudes that i like. And im too stupid to be able to close groups and i actually dont know how.

 

You can't delete groups, you have to kick every member and leave yourself as last, empty groups get deleted within a period of time

Don't worry, wouldn't be the first time FoG would break their own system. =)

Though I gotta say, both options - letting him banned or unbanning him - are having dis/advantages.

 

Then why aren't you adding those dudes, playing on another server, if this is the general reason to even getting an appeal from FoG?
There's so many other solutions to that. This just sounds halfhearted in my opinion.

 

Due to the reason that the ban as a start was unjustified. And by the community i mean the group and forums as a whole.

And that i cant organise anything with the guys i like.

 

If I remember right you were asking to get banned and on purpose insulted the majorty of us.

 

I wanted to get banned on the forums, not on servers.

 

Then what about the insults? You know, the page you made before you left. You know, where you told me to kill myself and so on.

Anyway, why should i be sorry about insulting anyone? You've insulted me countless times and you haven't apologised. So why the hell should i.

Insults/personal matters doesnt have anything to do with this appeal, so far you're the only one actually TRYING to make this appeal get rejected, and i find just that extremely hillarious because you and Tomas are the only ones here that actually hates me so much that you'd only want to see me dead if you're gonna see me at all.
