    Definitely.

If only I could refund these previously purchased games I now regret purchasing.

This is one of those long awaited features which should have been introduced a lot earlier.

I completely understand them and I see it's a correct thing to do as a company but if they added more support to the people we would be a lot happy.

    And I quote @MilkGames@MilkGames directly:

Only thing is, for a game to be eligible for a refund, you must have played less than 2 hours. To be able to get a proper feel for the game, you need at least two hours of game play. Otherwise, thanks Valve.

    I think this is great!
My new PC is on the way and I wanna see if I can potentionally run Payday 2 (which I might buy twice) with my current PC so I can give it to a lil run and see if it goes properly. (I have the worst potato)
Perfect for me to see if my current and new one can handle itand if I liek it, or, I could just wait for a free week end or something.
    But eh, refunds!

Guys - You can submit a request even if your game doesnt meet the requirements of you bought it less than 2 weeks ago and have less than 2 hours of gameplay. They'll review it no matter what. No harm in trying with one or two games.

Lol if it's 2 hours or less of gameplay, it isnt worth any money at all.

Also they keep roughly 13% of the amount you paid. I got £9.03 back from a game I spent £10.39

Honestly I think the two hour (or whatever it really is) refund policy is fine. I think people should be concerned with refunding a game if (for example) there was an error when purchasing, or if you purchased the wrong game; the game was not at all as advertised, or whatever technical error it may appear to be...As opposed to buying the game and then later deciding you don't want it or are bored with it, ect...burden should fall under you to do reasonable research on this before you purchase.

What if you end up not liking it?

    Sorry; that's what happens.

I got a refund request a week or back when I put in money for an item and then seen it had been sold before I could get to it. They had no issue refunding it so props to them for that.
