Yes, friends, today is the day my trusty old Logitech gear dies. A pair of g230 headphones and a m500 mouse died today. The mouse cannot hold-click anymore and the headphones look like this. Spoiler I'm going to need a new headset and a new mouse for this reason. What is your advice? A little bit of information: I main sniper, so it's important that the mouse does not interpolate at higher DPI values (~3000). It does not need additional buttons / DPI switches on the mouse itself. Preferably, it's ergonomically made for right-handed people. I have large hands. For reference, my old mouse was a Logitech m500 . It was a really nice mouse, albeit a little bit too small on my palm. For the headset: It's important that I can hear decloaks well. It does not need to have a microphone, volume switch or any similar features. The wire should be of decent length or wireless. If wireless, it should be rechargable and not rely on batteries; Tritton Kunai was a drama. Doesn't matter if the cups are open or closed. I've heard open cups tend to give better sound positioning, even though they let a lot of sound through from outside. Again, reference model is a Logitech g230 . It was alright, but nothing impressive. I have about €350 to spend on both. As such, money is not really an issue. I've looked at a few things, like the Steelseries sensei, but I never really am able to convince myself "This is what I want". So, can anyone recommend anything for me?
I'm a razer faggot, so for the mouse, I'd suggest this or this, and for the head, fucking this, but uh, this also looks cool but didn't try it so idk. For the mouse, you might wanna look at this if you're not into razer.
Recently bought an used Deathadder, it's "okay". I think @Icarus made an interesting suggestion to me, might be worth it. For headphones I use Turtle Beach PX22 has good sound quality but needs configuration if you wanna go in-depth. Mic is good if you plan on using it.
I'd also like to throw in that the Turtle Beach P11 and X12 have served me well. As for the mouse, I wish I could say the same...
Took all of the advice in consideration, and ended up on two Logitech products which do have similar things to what you guys gave me. Logitech G430 headset Surround sound, for positioning Nice long wire Step up from my G230's, and a nice blue color scheme Logitech G402 mouse 4000 true DPI Ergonomics are wonderful Fits my hand for palm style Thanks for your input; Leaving this thread open for anyone who dislikes my choices and wants to kick me in the nuts
