(PayPal trade for keys this morning). http://files.f-o-g.eu/bbb921 http://files.f-o-g.eu/g8f382 http://files.f-o-g.eu/ea310a

After losing over $1000 in TF2 Trading (I bought a Dawn At Dusk Hong Kong Cone only to find out that it was being dropped, after, I bought a Time Warp Law and then I sold the Law for the Burning Modest). I encountered Crisiscore again, after seeing something on OutPost (I don't remember the details, but I do remember getting in contact with him after he said he was interested in the Modest). He offered me a few unusuals that I didn't like, started mentioning that I'd take PayPal as well and it went on from there. He was trusted since he played a part in Flares That Care and many other charities, so I went first and sent him the Modest for 10 keys. (The Agreement for the trade was 10 Keys+ $470 PayPal for my Burning Modest). THEN, here is where the fishy stuff popped out, he told me that he sent the money to my PayPal (I have a new one @ [email protected] now since [email protected], the PayPal I told him to send money to, was limited for having money from a bank sent over). BUT, he "claimed" that the money was sent to my PayPal. I double checked with him, and it turned out that he sent it to a different PayPal, similar to mine, but it was still the wrong PayPal. He disputed the money, but the person on that PayPal already claimed the money and never responded to the chargeback claim. Finally, he went off, the next day, he "claimed" that he had finals and was studying, hence the reason why he was online, but never responded. After that, he said he would refund me once he was done quickselling his items, now, he is trying to sell the Burning Modest (which I once had) on TF2OutPost which leads me, Polar (the admin), and many other people to believe that he is trying to make a run for it.

Including the Burning Modest, I tried to buy some keys off CrisisCore earlier this morning as I was in need. I sent the money with a note he had written down (I sadly didn't take pictures this time, forgot about that), to "prevent" chargebacks. However, my current Steam Account (PuND4TPu$$Y is community locked, meaning trade locked and anything related to the community for using my PrePaid Australian Debit Card, which has no name or anything, it is currently being worked out with Support). So, I asked CrisisCore if he wanted to trade the keys to my main after I sent the money, he refused as well because it has a VAC in CS:GO and a VAC in MW2.

After that, I made a new Steam Account and spent $5 on it to get Steam Premium (so I could add him), BUT, I didn't know you had to wait 15 days in order to trade after getting premium. Because of this, I asked him to provide me a refund he only responded with ":<" and "I need da moni" when I tried. Threatened to chargeback on PayPal, he then countered by saying he would "report" me, even though HE was the one scamming, I never received the keys and he still has my money.

If needed, an admin or anyone else of equal tier, can add me on Steam or on my Main (http://steamcommunity.com/id/polardotbear) for more proof if needed. I am currently working on suspending his TF2OutPost and BackPack.tf profiles.

i would recommend you ask an admin to either edit or make it hidden content (as you did not black out your username)

This is Crisiscore, and I've got some stuff to say about the report.

Firstly, there are some inaccuracies. I have never come into contact with the listed Main Account here, other than a friend request. However, I was told by the listed Victim here that the main account was his alternate account. We can split this thing up into 2 parts, since its actually 2 reports on 2 different things.

The first report would be on the Burning Modest, in which the accounts involved was:
    | steamname: ᴾUᴺd4tᴾu$$y #GSWarriors
    | steam3ID: [U:1:243514056]
    | steamID32: STEAM_0:0:121757028
    | steamID64: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198203779784

    | steamrep: http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198203779784

    and my account.

The agreement was 10 keys + 480$ I believe (He wrote 470 in the report, and did not provide evidence of the final agreement as seen from the evidences provided) and I was to trade my keys with his unusual first before delivering the money. After receiving the unusual, I copied the address he provided me and sent the payment to that address. The next day, he contacted me, saying he had reported me and I found myself banned on multiple websites like backpack.tf and outpost. I then asked him, and he said that apparently the money was not delivered. I then decided to check my paypal, and found out that the payment has already been confirmed and accepted by the other party. However, he told me that there was an error in the email address I wrote. I found this to be suspicious, since I copied the address he has given me and should not have any error. Therefore, I made him check his chat history for the evidence of the email he had sent me, but he claimed that he had all the chat history, except for that part, which seemed to have been deleted. This got me even more suspicious, but I offered to pay him back a bit of the money for the unusual, since I did not want him to lose too much, even though I suspected that he had given me the wrong email purposely, so I had to send him payment twice. As I did not have a lot of money left in my paypal, I decided to quicksell my unusuals for pure and maybe sell them for cash to help him, as seen when I sold most of my stuff in my inventory for 40-50% off.

However, one day, he decided to contact me again, stating that he found out that he had given me the wrong email address for his paypal, either driven by his guilt or others, I don't know. He admitted to have given me the wrong email address and I have screenshot proof of this, so I am still unsure whether I should give him the money or not, since I have had already sent the money to the email he had given me (with proof).

    Then comes the second matter.
He came to me one day, asking if I was selling my keys for paypal, and I told him I was selling it for 2usd each, and he agreed, though it is higher than normal paypal prices, so I got a little more suspicious. Normally, people would not want to go first with 1 unsettled issue, but he decided to proceed with this, and I grew more suspicious. For this, there are some background information needed:

    He has 3 accounts:
    Main:
    | steamname: ᴾUᴺd4tᴾu$$y #GSWarriors
    | steam3ID: [U:1:243514056]
    | steamID32: STEAM_0:0:121757028

    | customURL: http://steamcommunity.com/id/mrpeachesmpgh
    | steamrep: http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198203779784

    Alt (1):
    | steamname: ᴾOl4RBeAr
    | steam3ID: [U:1:74298888]
    | steamID32: STEAM_0:0:37149444
    | steamID64: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198034564616
    | customURL: http://steamcommunity.com/id/polardotbear
    | steamrep: http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198034564616

    Alt (2):
    | steamname: chupapalago
    | steam3ID: [U:1:236381998]
    | steamID32: STEAM_0:0:118190999
    | steamID64: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198196647726
    | customURL: http://steamcommunity.com/id/crisiscoreisda
    | steamrep: http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198196647726

Since his main account was steam locked, and he wanted me to trade his alt (1), but it has too many bans etc on it, and I was not willing to do so, since I was afraid I will get in any trouble with steam for it. He then created alt (2), and the agreement was for me to send the 40keys over to his alt (2) after I have received the payment of 80USD, and which I wrote a note for his payment in case he decided to chargeback. I too confirmed with him that it was money from his paypal and not from any credit card, so it is harder to ask for chargebacks. After he had sent me the payment, I traded him to give him his keys, but steam said his account cannot be traded with. He then realised he had steam guard off, and thus was unable to trade, and request that I send the items to a friend of his. However, in the notes that was written, it was that I pay his alt (2) the payment, and not another account, and if I had, I could get charged back for not giving the payment, so I was hesitant, and told him to wait while I think something out, and my parents called me to help them with something, so I left for a while, and then when I came back, he had already went offline and after a while, I received a chargeback notice from paypal for the payment. I was actually quite happy for that, because in the email I received, I've gotten a notice for "The buyer has asked their credit card issuer to reverse the transaction, and we’ve placed a temporary hold on this payment.". As you can see, he had lied previously about the money and also do take note that his paypal email was different from the one last time because his other one's funds had been put on hold, probably because he had done other stuff with it. So as you can see, I could have been easily charged back if I had agreed to go with his plan and that he had lied to me. The money in the paypal will most likely be sent back to him, since I do not want to continue this trade with him, afraid that he would charge me back again. As for the first trade, I have evidence of the agreement, and I had sent him the payment the first time, so I do not have to give him the payment for the second time. Additionally, I will most likely be filing a report for attempted scam? based on what happened in this 2 occasions, though the trade did not go through, since I had taken the precautions and put myself on the safe side, so I am not sure if it will be accepted. I will try to upload the proofs if you need, but I am a bit busy, and you can contact me on steam if you really need.
