I doubt this has anything to do with defrauding someone. He is a regular user on Vatican trade servers and I personally know him somewhat well. It's nothing more than a joke.

 

In all honesty that seems nothing like a joke. Impersonating a well established member of the tf2 community is serious. Regardless he does have trading with a scammer recently. If he frequents the trade servers he should know the rule of doing background checks of every single person before trading with them especially if its an unusual.

 

Archiving, since the accused did not impersonated with the intent to defraud and it was joke(BP.tf joke).
