The user Nope has been marked for under 5 months. So most of those items wouldn't be valid things to report. the ARG trades I don't know about.

 

I don't understand why it matters that he has been marked for under 5 months? even if a user trades with a marked scammer a day after he was marked, he has still traded a marked scammer.

EDIT: Unless there is some SREP thing that says there's an exception for trades with users that have been marked for under 5 months, which i doubt, but would like to know if its a thing

 

Both the cosa and beak look like they were traded before he was marked is what he means.

Ah, i see. alright, its just that i dont think OP would perma for a single trade, so there might be proof in their notes.

 

He was planning to trade a pan with a marked scammer but the plan was interrupted when the scammer took screenshots and got someone to report him.

Hi Guys, I know you might have your answer already as to what I am recieving, may it be a perminant caution tag, marked, or nothing at all. I would just like to sum up that I did not trade with any marked scammers before they were marked, such as Nope. As for the Foster character, I did not know it was him because he had told me that he moved from CSGO to TF2 which is understandable seeing how he had over 450+ Hours in Counter Strike: Global Offensive. I was also just doing a middle man for him (Tio has the screen shots) and I did a middle man of what I believe is a 50 earbud pot. He tipped me the unusual mirror, and little did I know that he was a scammer. In return to me posting it on outpost without my knowning that he was a scammer, I got banned for 2 weeks because of this. This being said, I looked at a couple of appeals that people made and a couple reports and it looks like that if it was not an obvious scammer alt (this one wasn't because of all the CSGO hours in it), and the person was not banned on Steam Rep (he was not), most of the reports became archived. Forgive me if I am wrong and I am most definitly not one to go to conclusions. I am just seeing how it would look like with other reports that have had similar things in common with this one. Thank you for reading this and get back to me whenever you can. Also Tio thank you for your patience of the screen shots because I had to feed my pet Gecko Pickles haha.

After some investigation provided by José, I've decided to drop this report.
As it seems like that OP handled these trades already with a ban on their site, nor would I call the person he traded with an obvious scammer.
Take this as a final warning.
