What was your in-game name when you got banned?
    Ian
    When did it happen?
    March 1st
    What's the specified reason?
I was banned for not giving the victim 10 keys.
Why do you think you should be unbanned?
I think I should be banned because I gave back the 10 keys and the victim also agreed to saying that I gave them back Screenshot by Lightshot (see the screenshot)

Although I gave the keys back, I was still banned by the admin because they inferred that I would make this decision again. This was a stupid choice that I made and I feel like it is not justified to automatically assume I would make this choice again, since people learn from their mistakes.

Maybe give more evidence like the proof that you did return the keys.

Here is a screenshot of my trade history, which shows the trade that I gave the 10 keys to the victim. (I had returned the keys the day I was accused) Screenshot by Lightshot

You need proof from your actual victim, an edited screenshot of chat that could have been with anyone doesn't suffice.
I'd suggest contacting your victim and ask him to post proof he got the items.
Also use our file hodting service for proof.

In the report I was accused in, he took a screenshot of his own of the trade of me giving him the said keys. http://files.f-o-g.eu/de7827
As you can see, this screenshot was from his perspective, not mine

I do believe that the victim needs to post here to confirm that he got his items back, I am not sure though.

So, why are you asking this actually? Whats the problem with letting him confirm for himself that he got the items back?
Instead of asking if it's true or not you could've just asked the victim to post here, it's totally legit to request that.

Yeah, please get the victim to post their trade history showing they got repaid.

    I got repaid.

I will note that the reason he was marked AFTER he repaid me was because I made a point of saying that the only reason he gave those keys back was because he was told he couldn't use TF2Outpost. I went on to say he would try this again with someone maybe not familiar with steamrep/FoG and their report services which can be seen on his report thread I made a few days ago.

The ordeal really pissed me off and I still believe he would try it again. He has showed no remorse and he never even apologized to me for doing it.

He posted his own screenshot on the "report a scammer" thread he made of him receiving the keys http://files.f-o-g.eu/de7827. This is also a screenshot of him posting the link on the the thread http://files.f-o-g.eu/df12b2

just to let the admins and moderators know I made a steam alternate account http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198185816079 so i can play cs go competitive with my friend (he is too low rank, so i made a fresh account to play with him). I'm saving up to buy another copy of cs go from the store

We marked you in the first place because you actually did scam the victim and only repaid in fear of getting marked.
Also, thanks for confirming your alt, marked too.
