I actually asked you about your ban lengths and you gave me reasonable times not 300 not 500's ever, you said around 120 mins for no mic which was acceptable. I have asked you to tone them down and we have had a whole extra guideline for bans made for us to read?

So the question is, why do you not check our guidelines when it is in the admin forum? Why didn't you change and just forget me asking you?

However, I am not sure if jaffa was included in the trainee system or if he immediatly got JA, it doesnt really matter if he was trainee/JA

SA's failed to teach him. end of story. I dont even see this as a "report" for beeing "abusive"

I dont care about JB, but it's preatty bad for a virtual simulation of an social experiment that we have admin's there who cant seem to be able to teach the "newer admin" the things right.

1) I complained to you about my ban times LOADS of times faffa xD
2) Please don't make Faffa feel like he is the only admin doing stuff wrong when people are throwing around longer and longer bans

So banning someone 10000 minutes for baiting is all cool now apparently?
Seriously, there need to be some limits.
It looks like an administrator has to be a racist, abusing pedophile who just committed a murder before getting even close to a warning.

 

So Ok responding to your earlier point:

If they freekill warn them by slaying them and saying they frekilled and if they continue ban them for around 120 mins.
If they mass freekill I reccommend a long ban time and a server ban.
If they activate games it is around 30 mins/60 mins.
If they detour from warden's orders around 30 mins again.
If they are not with warden again around 30 mins.
If they bait around 30 mins to 120 depending on the bait.
If they have no mic 30-120 mins if honest about it I suggest a shorter time.
If they are not willing to go warden around 30-60 mins.
If they are doing things you do not know look at the admin forum guidlines.

REMEMBER: WARN BEFORE BANNING. Unless extreme cases/

I am a male. I thought you would notice that after 2 years with me on mic. And no, YOU complained about my ban lengths and others did as well when they thought it was UNFAIR, and UNFAIR bans we always look into, I only banned mass freekillers for over 120 mins so why would people moan at me?

If you are just going to post useless things @Downy remove them please.

If the SA's failed to teach him how to properly administrate, then how in the world did he receive SA himself?

 

n0/Down only checks the admin's chatlog and how active he is on the forum/server.
It seems nobody reported these things to them, so they thought he's doing fine.

At least that's what I think.

At this rate, Jaffa should be banned, more than just demoted.

 

Alright so I don't come around here a lot, but I see FoG is still pretty much the same, and I have basically no further sight than to what that's been said in this thread and previous reports made about Jaffa. I will just re-mention these two points;

• Admins should know the proper ban lengths, there's a thread about guidelines for a reason (and it should be pretty hard to miss in my opinion) and there comes responsibilities with being an admin, VA's or whatnot shouldn't always need to remind admins about things such as ban lengths.
• Spartan may have sent the correct ban lengths that one time (now I'm not sure if there was more times but still) but it should be kind of hard to forget afterwards, especially as mentioned by Spartan, there's a whole thread about it just waiting to be read.

Jaffa became an admin in late July last year, so it's fairly hard for me to believe that reports like this one still need to be made even today. If Jaffa will get another chance in an attempt to fix things, at least make things more clear for him about ban lengths and whatnot? (A pro tip; I've always kept a paper with proper ban lengths and general notes next to my monitor so I can check it pretty fast, and it can be pretty effective to take notes, even if it may seem pretty lame).
