Creamy was never banned for that case and it was a pretty high-value trade as well (It was a Sunbeams Noh ffs - around 100 buds+. Trades I made then were not even above 5 buds in value). I don't know if trading with a player with pending reports count as a warning but this is technically my first warning (even though I unknowingly traded with Buddha and TTT few days from each other, coincidentally) as it was only a few days ago I was notified through Outpost that I did trade with a marked scammer. Pretty shocked as well that I got banned from FoG straight away without getting a warning.
