Skrill did cloak and even admits to this by saying it's a form of defense.
The moment you get hit with the Deadringer out, it's baiting. (According to the current rules as well.)

 

And the defense of "but crits" Most classes get one hit from crits and so is not a valid defense.

 

Maybe the rules need to be more specified, or the item (and probably others aswell,) made unusable. It's clear jailbreak need more fixes or tweaks or whatever since the second someone breaks the rules even slightly there's a huge commotion.

 

Let's be honest. We all know what cloaking means, am i right?
It's using the spy watch's like The Cloak And Dagger, Invis watch and The Dead ringer (when you die using it)
so how more specific can it get?
