not really abuse, he beacond and obviously joked by his response, in context you have not explained and so I can't see if this is abuse or not.

 

There was one red Medic left, a rebelling Medic at that.
I beaconed him to make it somehwat easier for the blues to find him.
Around 20 people were waiting to play for quite some time.

The context is that he thought if someone was delaying he could beacon him to make the round end faster, as it was a long wait.

 

I have actually seen this happen on jb many times.

To make sure this report can actually be closed;
This report is incredibly lazy, you even went as far and call me a faggot.
Beaconing someone who is delaying big time is so minor, it shouldn't even be worth making a report about.
It's like slapping a player or playing a sound.
