That doesn't look like a biased thing to do.

If say ONE admin banned him and it was known that said admin disliked him, it would had been a very biased ban - but the fact several admins are behind it, it doesn't get biased.

 

You should have appealed earlier. But even that's redundant, personally I think all the suspicions are justified. It's normal for people to have bad days. You never had one. Quite impressive stats each round. Some situations and actions you made were ridiculously accurate, (for example) those completely blind shots with the Loch n' Load, hitting people who haven't shown themselves nor made any noises. (Noises being shooting or the voice-commands.) I'm not talking those who are right behind the wall so you hear loud footsteps, I mean those where you're in the water of 2fort, shooting high up halfway across the map hitting scouts who have barely come around the corner on the balcony-thingy. This didn't happen just once, nor twice. Several times, and likewise situations where your aim seemed like far more than the normal guessing that demomen tend to do. I obviously wouldn't have called in others to look if I didn't see some sort of pattern.
This is why I asked another veteran admin to come in and have a look. He thought the same as I did, and he performed the ban.

On a sidenote, what other admins do and how they administrate is mostly their business but I personally HAVE given him warnings about spawncamping.
And yes, even if you personally stand not infront of the door but in that room to the immediate right of the main spawn, shooting grenades towards people whom have been outside the spawn for like 0.2 seconds is still spawncamping. This is something he does alot.

 

However, spawncamping is a temp ban, this ban is permanent.

 

I'd just like to throw something in here:

6545 hours = ~272 days = ~9 months
Wouldn't VAC have acted against a hacker in this time? So yes, VAC can take months to ban, but >9< months.

I can't answer that.

There are people whom to this date cheats undetected with Valve working harder to eliminate as many as possible.

But honestly, I can't say whether this applicant is cheating or not - I just can't prove it myself. I personally want everyone to just play the game and have fun together.

Obviously, @Spartan, he wasn't banned permanently for spawncamping.

 

with 16 bombs and 4 loaded in loose cannon (not loch n load, that shit is lame ) i have lot to go for a random corner shots besides those that i even predict. as i get +8 for every weapon pick up and the shield provides survivability and mobility to go for such pickups. And i usually run out of ammo when i do those corner check shots too much (even a tiny airburst is enough to make painsound).
As for "spawncamp": Yes, i probably lob a grenade toward the door when i pass by. but that's just so i don't get whacked to pieces by 5 different classes just because i chose that path, it probably gives me that 1-2 sec to get away from the spawn for a breather.
When i'm doing the bomb lobbings at inner yard, it's to suppress the area for others to move in deeper or pass with intelligence. Other wise the intelligent runner would just face the inner yard as a sticky/sentry/airblast hell for pretty sure.

If this were to be taken up as a vote, I'd still vote no. The decision however is not mine to make, it's up to our so called 'higher-ups' to make one.

3 years of adminship and you banned a guy as he used a common map gimmick and confirmed that as WH.

Please, it's just getting ridiculous. The only thing you have against him is that he waited less than 30 days, it's a weak argument, get it finally.

and funny how people try to get rid of him.. that is close enough to the thread Jozzeh posted once, about a guy beeing banned for beeing too good.

 

My two cents regarding the appeal.

Unfortunately you never appeared to have a bad day, you seemed to always know what to do and when to do it no matter where you were on the map. I wasn't aware of the spawn camping incidents but then I wasn't too familiar with you. Either you're an incredibly lucky and virtually unbeatable TF2 gamer or something suspicious was happening that was worthy of the permanent ban. If there was a poll I'd have to say no unless something really conclusive could convince me otherwise (not just someone's word).

If there were some demos available (prior to the ban while playing on the 2fort server) then I would analyse them and give a comment regarding them, but I don't have any here. Anyway, my vote is no I'm afraid - but ultimately it's up to the higher level.

 

What do you exactly mean by "bad day". I'm gonna give you a little example what bad day probably is...
1. that scout/spy/engy/sniper (any 125hp class) just didn't die from 2 melee hits. welp too bad lucky bastards gets away with that 1-5 hp.
2. Nice hit from loose cannon, but pretty close and the bastards bounches right back at me (that's around -100hp on me)
3. the double donk/ good hit from cannon + aint enough to kill that rabides bastard charging at me.
4. that bad aim day, when you don't hit even a stand still target... everyone probably have these ? (that heavy will move to left when he spots me ! nope you missed him a mail.... oh he's rewwig up, whelp targe is on cool down...
5. 2007:" what are these magnificent glowing shots ? crit ? what is that ? i'm in uber what ? spies can do what ?" So yeah, i was shit when i started playing in 2007,. and i have played a shit ton of this damn game. (that's not a bad day thing, but i just throw this one here...) that's a long learning curve ?

gotta say, i agree, why does it matter when he applied, just that he did!

 

I've said this once and I'll say it again, delay between ban and appeal is irrelevant.

 

It gives no sense to argue about whether or not he is a hacker
I stand by my opinion, and find for ban unnecessary.
