You could use car on mariokart so it is really only used by donors or regs on mariokart who eared the points afaik.
This is why I think it should not have a cost, or if it does make it around 2-300 so people are not forced to play on other servers for months for a benefit on another server.

The AP system is supposed to encourage you to return, but you also have to recognise it is universal across all servers - you can't expect to play only on the one server that doesn't supply AP for obvious reasons (which you know about) then whine about how you don't earn any, you're the one limiting yourself to said server.

If people don't want to play on another server, then they can consider donating.

 

Yeah I think if you take out too many donator perks people are less likely to donate, Which would be sad
