What happens if he doesn't listen and makes a ban appeal? And is it an ip ban because he could just make multiple accounts otherwise

 

If he makes an appeal it will get declined.
If he makes a new account ip will be automatically traced, so downy and noname will see if the ip matches

 

he may be banned from the forums, but what about the servers? it seems like its possible for him/it to bring his attitude there
