So recently this happend to me: I was unable to see /me chat of any person, even myself. I tried to restart nothing happend. Reinstall either. If you got any idea please help me :/ -Bacon
All of my chat problems are usually fixed by pressing alt a few times, TF2 breaks if you Alt tab out of your game while your chat window's open. Or you can try muting and un-muting yourself, that also works.
How should I mute myself ? I ain't admin if you mean that, will try the alt thingy tho. Thanks for the idea.
This can happen if you mute people using TF2's built-in mute function (the ear). Try clicking on said ear and look if you accidentaly muted yourself.
