no this is happening on all servers i go on, and im the only one who gets it. i haven't installed it. ALSO: when i hovered over my pc in the settings it says driver error!
Go to your graphics card brand site and look at the drivers, for example Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers
Please send us your dxdiag.txt file and MSINFO32.txt Here's how: DirectX diagnostic tool: Press Start -> in Search write "Run" -> a window will pop out and write the following "dxdiag" without the " and press ENTER -> DirectX Diagnostic Tool window will appear -> now the 4th option below the texts is supposed to say "save All Information..." click it and save it somewhere on your PC and upload it to us please. Microsoft Configuration/System Information: Press Start -> in Search write "Run" -> a window will pop out and write the following "msinfo32" without the " and press ENTER -> System Information Window will appear -> now go to File -> Expand -> and save it somewhere to you PC and please upload it to us. Also as mentioned already you should check if your Graphic driver is up to date: for uninstalling a GPU driver go to Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> and find your Graphic driver -> click uninstall(it will require a restart) -> after that you should download a program so called "Driver cleaner Pro" this program helps to clear all the remaining files from your Driver which wasn't deleted (Its highly recommended that all files are deleted as it may glitch after) -> now start the setup of your new driver and the setup will guide you. For Nvidia GPU's you will need to remove the following from your Control Panel: - NVIDIA 3D Vision controller Driver <driver version> - NVIDIA 3D Vision Driver <driver version> - NVIDIA GeForce Experience <driver version> (the latest is 2.11) - NVIDIA Graphics Driver <driver version> - NVIDIA Physx System software <driver version> (latest is 9.13.1220) For ATI(Radeon) GPU's: You should find something like: - AMD Catalyst 14.7 (this is the latest version, yours may be different number) Hint I don't own a ATI GPU so I can not actually assist you with it but you may of course try updating it. This is the link how to remove a AMD/ATI Radeon driver: http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/GPU57RemoveOldGraphicsDrivers.aspx For NVIDIA Graphic drivers: Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers For AMD/ATI GPU's : Download Drivers Here is the link for Driver Cleaner Pro (the program is free): http://driver-cleaner-pe.en.softonic.com/ If none of the above helps try: - If you got another VGA/DPI cable connected to your TV or another Monitor try unplugging it. - Lowering your Monitor Brightness. - Lowering your in-game Brightness. - Lowering your video settings to medium/low and see if it helps. - Lowering resolution or setting it to your (native) one. - Contacting steam support as your last option https://support.steampowered.com/
i seem to have fixed it with changing monitor from reflection to expand but if this happens again i will do this. thank you so much for helping guys!! really apreciate it!!
