Implemented Enabling mic for blue on JB

Like the title says.

Please enable the mic for the blue's again. It's kinda annoying that only the warden can talk.
I guess we can manage the few people who speak over warden. Since some reds still do it.

 

I rarely play on Jailbreak, but yes.

...on what grounds do you approve?

I didn't even know only the warden could speak in microphone, and there's both good and bad sides to it by the sounds of it.

+ The warden does not need to worry about being over voiced by another guard
+ Can tell prisoners to not speak through mic, lessening the risk of not being heard
- Guards will have to rely on text chat which is inferior to microphone in terms of getting a message through faster
- In the event a warden is being bad, nobody can respond to him through the microphone which has a bigger impact than text

Do the negatives of the current functions outweigh the positives? That's the question that should determine whether this suggestion is necessary.
