Rejected Konsta admin abuse

Hi, i would like to report admin named Konsta.

I was playing in "Mario Kart :: F-o-G.eu - Instant Respawn" server on 21.03.2014 at 17:15.
I was playing with my friends, we were playing as snipers. We shot couple guys outside the enemy spawn. First Konsta slayed on of my friends, then he kicked me with no warning. When i came back i "insulted" Konsta by saying: "Who was so stupid that let you became an admin?". After that we argued about what is allowed and what is not. After about 10 minutes Konsta banned me for 60mins.
I know 60 minutes is not much but i could not overlook his actions, he behaved like a child. Becauce he could not take any criticism. He complained about us spawnkilling his team, but he did not do anything to stop his own team from spawnkilling.

Fasinating, it looked like konsta went AFK when he saw you try talking to him in the shoutbox, when he doesnt need to say afk in it.

I'll wait to see what he has to say in his defence.

 

Insulting admin, spawn camping most likely as sniper, yeah thats a reasonable ban. Konsta won't ban for no reason and most snipers do spawncamp so there you go.

1. You were spawnkilling.
2. I'm quiet sure saying "Who was so stupid that let you became an admin?" is an insult.
3. You could've say something If you were getting spawnkilled.

Just a witness, nothing else

Hello, I happened to see this incident and I think someone over reacted here. I have played here longer than I can even remember and still this was very unprofessional. I don't mean that I know better than admins themselves but there is something wrong here! I argued over somethings but they have nothing to do with this. Hegezilla (as a friend on Steam) messaged me and we talked about this. I think insulting somebody is wrong as well as banning people for minor reasons. I'm not only saying but I'm actually ready to step forward because that was messed up. Konsta as an admin reacted for his conclusion of spawncamping or -killing, but he had a wrong way of handling it. He gave a informer about spawncamping about 10 minutes before this and after that he suddenly slayed Hegezilla. After that I shot him after he ran from his spawn and he was a fair distance away, AFK, standing there. I shot him and I was slayed too. The thing progressed and without warning got Hegezilla kicked. Wright after that he pulled a joke, a harmless joke, a little informer nothing else. Konsta acted unprofessionaly before even this. Today wasn't the first time I've seen him spawncamping ( not saying for long, but still ). And thats just an example. Once he got a revenge after spamming from my spawns door and it was real and legit abuse.
I have nothing else to say but some admins do behave sometimes unprofessional. Notsaying I know better, or behave 100% well all the time, but I wasn't qualified for a one. that is a thing thats bothering me. Admins mood shouldn't make a difference.

You seem to have posted your own actions, and I'm gonna go ahead and use those as evidence against you.

Konsta was well within his rights, learn to follow the rules and you won't have any such problems.

 

The rules were barely broken and there was no straight indication warnings.

 

Well thats a wall of text, i belive this is enough to prove different of what the others said, but thats my oppinion.

Konsta did not even slay me, he just kicked me without warning, and after my "insult" he banned me without warning

Looking at the chat, you consider sniping at spawn from distance, not being a spawn killing.
It is spawn killing when the player can't leave the spawn area because of you. It doesn't matter if you are standing right in front of it, or if you are aiming at the area from distance. You are killing people who are leaving the spawn.

All I see in the chat is you being a smartass about our rules. You should be glad you weren't banned for a week, because I would sure as hell do it

and considering Konsta spawn killing as well, there is a report system. Someone breaking the rules ? Report them. No one reported him. Nothing to talk about
