Rejected Ban'd for wallhacking

So yeah, my name was most likely "koN" when this happened. I was banned by an admin called Applejack for wallhacking, when I was playing sniper. I personally think that he just got frustrated because he couldn't win against me, but I don't know. The date was 29.1. The reason why I waited for so long is because I wasn't very keen on appealing, but my friend insisted me to do it, so I did. I should be unbanned, because he had no reason to ban me in the first place, since I didn't do anything wrong.

ps. do you ban everyone who's better than you, or am I special?

 

I don't see any reason for this to be even considered, since it took you nearly two weeks to even bother to inform us about this.
Thus any possible evidence/witnesses are out of the question

 

From my experience with Applejack, I believe many others would agree that the kind of person you're trying to frame Applejack for, is an admin who gets pissed off and bans people better at him.

That is obviously not true, Applejack is one of our most kind and gentle people we have in our team of admins. Anyone saying the difference is judging a book he has not even taken a look at the title of.

I'm personally against your appeal, because you are the one in charge of your actions and your account. If it takes a friend of yours to appeal, then I'm seeing this appeal as him doing it, and not you.
You also waited more than a week to submit an appeal, so that's further on your negative score. What is it you're appealing for? Or are you just trying to 'cleanse your name, feeling bad?

You were banned most likely with a good reason.

 

I don't know how you guys work, but recording a demo of a hacker would be a pretty normal thing for an admin to do, that should be enough evidence.

Since there is no demo or record we'll have to wait for apple to provide some light on this.

 

I simply delivered the ban after called in, suspicious movements were noticed by witnesses and I took action. As Maone rightly said, too much time has past for your case. Due to your inability to comprehend the positions here, (I.e you asking us to unban you) manifested in your sarcasm towards me personally, I don't see any reason why you should be unbanned.
Dakte was on the server at the time this occured, and he also passed the same judgement.

 

Have you considered that a decent/good sniper will probably always look suspicious to a low-tier player? I'm not trying to brag here, but I play on a semi-professional level, yet I'm not even close to the best.

 

don't tell admins what they should do or not, when you failed to do the simple task of filling out ban appeal the moment you have been banned.

Not only you took two weeks, you even had the nerve to mock the admin banning you.

Acting like an arse, isn't going to get you unbanned.

 

Have you ever considered the idea that you don't realize what you miss until it is gone?
It took you two weeks however to feel that, so I feel assured it is not about missing being able to play on the server, but rather "something to prove".

You claim to not brag, yet you felt like saying "decent/good sniper will always look suspicious to a low-tier player"?
If your claim was true, every new free player would be calling veteran people hackers/cheaters, rather than thinking "Must be more skilled than me".
