Resolved Admin Report: Spartan

I expect that I'm probably not the best person to be filing a report but what I've seen is just too wrong to be ignored.

The cases are as follows.

1: Abusing the /rp command in Jailbreak - He's been constantly re-spawning himself after death with no real reason to, Watson/Downiefaget slays him, he uses the excuse that he wasn't hurting anyone. This is still unruly use of an admin command and should only be used in the case of freekilling or guard abuse. As Downie reminded me, he's been reviving himself after being killed by a guard with a good reason (EG. Stand on the line, afk freeze, he then moves, gets killed, revives himself, repeat until aneurysm.)

2: Favoritism - The prime target for favoritism is Cool-cat/Kool-kat (Fortress of Gamers Statistics - Player Information) for this he has been called to the server by her threats to ban people for not doing exactly what she says (As I also made somewhat public in the shoutbox), unbanning her from a permanent ban because "she fixed her wrongs" which makes absolutely 0 sense seeing as she cannot physically redeem herself having never made a presence on the forums and being 100% unable to join ANY FoG server, the only way of this ever becoming a thing would be manipulation of a staff member (EG. Spartan) in which he clearly fell a fool to and unbanned her. Another case of this is through the multiple PERMANENT guard bans she's been given by other members of staff, this I'm assuming is because "she fixed her wrongs" which again, is completely impossible because of the stated reasons, he's been completely wiping permanent guards bans on her request for absolutely no reason.

Additional note: I recently (on the day of this thread's creation) got the Downy/ies to join the server and to see for themselves, they agreed with me and eventually ended up permanently banning cool-cat for the SECOND time (Fortress of Gamers - Sourcebans) due to her abuse of warden, licking of Downy's doughnut hole and overall piss-poor attitude towards members of staff and players on the servers. as stated in her recent report filed here > (http://forums.f-o-g.eu/threads/2527-cool-cat-insullting-players.html) This report had led to many staff members agreeing on a permanent ban, the report wasn't accepted, nor was it declined but the evidence was there.

I cannot provide any screenshots as evidence as I didn't truly expect this to become as bad as it did, but I can assure you that there were many witnesses to these events.

 

Hmm, sorry if I did abuse the rp command, generally I only rped if I got freekilled. As for the favoritism, I'll make sure I don't do it again.
The unban was my own ban as it was a permaban I gave her for something she actually fixed it turned out she was just having a bad day and she apologized to the person. The fight was between two friends and she ended up giving the stuff she kept back and said sorry so the ban was no longer needed as they fixed it themselves and it was no longer a scam and I got asked by the other person to unban her so I did.
The guard ban was removed as she said she was going to behave and I didn't really see what was wrong with the hunger games matches as I quite enjoy those as it is a fun thing to do.
Also, the rp with downie, the reason was; I wanted to talk to him and I hate doing /me everytime so he slayed me and I rped myself so I could try talk and that went on and in the end I killed myself after I said what I wanted to as I planned, I just wanted to say hi etc... Also, I was afk frozen completely as I was alt tabbed etc and got killed for not being so I revived but I don't think it matters but it did happen so ok..

In other words, I'll just try not to do this again...

 

And that, in a nut shell, is a reason why trickled down economics are a load of bull**it.

 

I can vouch for Golden, I was there.

I banned Cool-cat because it's her fifth (!) ban. She should've been permbanned way earlier.

 

I'd want to stay neutral, considering that Spartan has been great help to me earlier, but these things shouldn't happen. I have to give a minus to spartan

Golden's logic is sound, can't argue with his reasoning.

That just doesn't cut it for me.
Golden seems to have the higher ground here.

 

Yeah, I understand, I know I've done wrong so I'm just stopping doing what I did wrong now.
