Accepted banned for advertising, it was not my intention.

it was not my intention to advertise on the fog server, i asked a player if he would like to join my server to play some melee so i told him the server ip and probably the forum website to i think.

for this i got an instant permanent ban.

i had no idea that this is against the rules, because i am new in the FOG community, so i am verry sorry.

You should always know the rules, it's somewhat hard to miss them.

surely there shouldn't be anytning illegal that results in an instant permanent ban? Hell, gfaqs isn't that strict.

 

it is a bit harsh to get a permanent ban when i am new to this community and i did not know the rules when i played on the server, but now i know the rules.

i'm just startled that i am permanently banned for this.
