Resolved srsbizns kick

When i was playing on the achivment/idle server i went to idle to rank my strange up but a player called srsbizns was killing without a strange. me and a other player called rocket tryed to kick him or at least get him to switch teams but he didint do anything. At the time no admins where on. i took a few screen shots of him its on my steam profile: Steam Community :: ID :: [FoG]Miss.Green [Friendly]
(oh and btw this is a perfect time to ask why does it take way more votes to kick/ban a player) (from 5 to 13 votes ;/)

 

on the questions of the vote, the vote system was being abused by players too much that just ban players that have just connected
and since the killing part its more of an unwritten rule...

 

It's actually a rule to not kill in the idlers area without a strange.

It's something the achievement admins know I guess, so that's okay.

 

can you put make it more easy to find the rule page on nernaem his todo list?
