Implemented Suggestion: New MK map

Lately I've been playing a little bit more MK than usual, and I'm already fed up of the insane amount of spawncamping, I'm making this thread to propose a new MK map that is hard/impossible to spawncamp, there are at least thirty different versions of the map all with their own specific fun things like two levels, cannons, skybox teleports etc.
I understand that n0name's working on plugins and a new upcoming server, but making a map change would be one of the best ideas for the MK server. below I've put a few different MK maps that I've played over the years, I'm also making this a poll so that you can choose whether or not you even want a new map or not.

Note: These are my personal favourites, you're perfectly welcome to suggest your own.

Mario Kart 2012 (Is set in the evening, has a downstairs disco area, underground minecraft area, accessible via the spawn room, also has a winter themed variation) TF2 Maps : MarioKart 2012 - TFmaps.com

MarioKart_B2V2 (Has an extra hidden level that opens up when all the hidden presents are found, a blimp that can drop nukes, a more advanced roof, better obstacle placing so that snipers can't see the entire map) TF2BANANA: DM_Mariokart2_B2V2 (Team Fortress 2 > Maps > Death Match)

 

Yeah, I agree that the map should be changed. I'd prefer a version with no music/the music is only heard inside the disco.

Personally, I'd go for MK 2012 as the other one isnt as much fun. That map still has the Mario_kart feel but it's also something new. The other one differs too much and the nukes are a waste :/ The blimp is annoying

 

Yeah i agree with everyone else, even a slight upgrade to the map will be helpfull since the amount of spawnkilling is due to the map being really outdated as opposing teams can open the spawn doors, and the roof is buildable on so a Wrangler jump engineer could make it up there making it easy to spawnkill.
2012 is the better option since the other is just mostly major padding and the amount of crap in there would cause a little more lag i'd assume.

That and the blimp is the number one way to ruin someones day.

 

I've been saying about this for ages, but I am glad that others are starting to rant about it as well, might get some form of action for once.

 

I don't think this is actually the first time there has been a thread like this, the last one if i remember correct just got buried and forgotton about just like how hopefully Justin Beiber will at some-point.

 

We actually used the blimp one for a while late 2011, and I gotta say I really enjoyed it, not all because I'm a massive jerk who likes to make people wreck their keyboards by nuking them constantly, but because there is more to do really. Not just mibdless fighting but there are also minigames and much more secrets and big areas to explore.
So yeah, I want a map change ("not big suprise") but I'd also like to see the blimp one being used.

+1 MK2012 is much better indeed.

 

There's also a winter version of Mk_2012 and also a MK_Deluxe v1-4 that I can't get hold of due to them being a community-specific map set.
