Hi, Sall. Please take into consideration we do see chat logs. That being said. This is what Timpman (our admin who was on at the time) sent in the chat: Check the time stamps. You decided to repeat the word three minutes later, even though the entire server was warned. (I'm assuming since you're typing in chat, you also read chat). This is your chatlog. You're also a repeated offender, with (altho meant in a helpful way) spamming: You're really not helping your situation here. "Sensitivity" or not. You broke the rules after being warned. You got punished for it the way everyone else has. Dot.

Ye, as we just saw in the evidence you got a warning. I think you did not miss that by the way you reacted to it. Saying the n-word is a permabanable offense in this community as it is forbidden by ยง2a in our rules. I usually hand out a 2nd chance to people, but not if they have simply a bad attitude or are even lying. Looking at the fact that you have 8days playtime on our servers you should've known the rules by now and also how we handle such stuff. Therefore Im going to reject this ban appeal.
