Since there are 3 different Demos within the Link you Shared I would appriciate it if you could Reupload everything related to the Case (using the metoth mentioned by Different), or at least point out the Demo/s related to the Case.

The demos with evidence are all of them except duih42.dem since I stopped the demo thinking he left while he didn't so I had to start a new recording

I will take a look at the Demos now.

 

The first demo (called hgedo.dem) didnt show me anything about the Accused. He just killed anyone that fell behind by delaying, which is legitimate.

The first demo does show a person called F2P Fag (Danny797) Micspamming tho.
Seeing that this will be his 2. Mute within one Month I will Mute him for one day.

The secound demo shows the Accused killing 3 People before the Warden gets locked.
After the Warden got locked an Admin seemed to have joined. The Accused then killed another Person and got Guardbanned for 100 Minutes, while his acual Punishment should've been around 400 Minutes.
Thats why I will Teamban him for 300 Minutes the next time I see him.
