What happened?
Pepe added me to buy items from me. He wanted my falchion knife and my AK Fire Serpent and agreed to pay 350€ for both. "To be safe" he suggested exchanging my skins for his Dota item, then sending the money and then me giving the Dota item back:

If the Dota item is worth what he says, this makes no sense since he increases his risk. The only way this does make sense is if he knows that the item is worthless and he just wants to pull a fast one on me. It is, in fact, basically worthless.
Pepe does not play Dota on his account, but he had pulled in his friend Donald as an authority who supported his claims that the weather orbs are worth "400-500"
Donald also has not play any Dota, but says he plays a lot on a different account.
