What happened?
Smurfy Ninja added me to buy my knife. He was worried that I'd scam him so he suggested we'd both send our thing at the same time. His way of ensuring that was to ask me to forward my trade confirmation email, but NOT TO CONFIRM. After I let him know that sending and confirming would effectually be the same thing, he deleted and blocked me.
