First of all, thank you for handling this report.

I bought this account 6 months ago so I'm not connected to his alts.


Let's go with the fact that sent him a fake image of me paying lol it was obvious that it was fake I wanted to see if he really recieved my invoice or he's lying and waiting for my payment instantly as I sent him an invoice for the item I want to buy, I wanted to see if he does have paypal as he has 0 reps in his steam profile and I scared he will scam me, I wanted to see if he's seeing my invoice and not rushing to take the money instantly. So I sent him the invoice like I said and he sent me a picture that he has 0 in his balance and he had new interface for paypal and thats what was weird because we didn't have the same interface. I was wondering if he sent me a fake picture and I waited another day. And then at 11/9 he got banned from steamrep and then I realized that he doesnt even own paypal & or he does own one and want to scam people, the invoice I sent to him was a trial to see if he even has paypal or he just wants to have money.

He told me that he checks multiple times from his email and thats why he didnt see the invoice i sent


The fact he told me he checks his email proofs that he refreshed and waited for the money and didnt even bother to check his paypal, which means he wanted to scam me right away. I was just being cautious, sorry if I did anything wrong, but after he told me doesnt see anything I played with him and checked if I he even owns paypal.

thats the REAL thing I sent, and not the fake one. Sent him the fake one as he said he doesnt see anything which is suspicous because it should be seen..

thats his evidence, it doesnt take 3 minutes to see my invoice, I knew something bad's going to happen as he cannot see the invoice, means he waits for the cash itself, yet again, i was just being cautious, I had no intent to scam him as I was scared he is going to scam my money. Thats it. I sent the fake payment after 10 minutes my invoice was sent. That's my statement.
