    Basically, FoxiE is a well known user of sweetstakes.tf and he loves sniping with his unusuals, and this guy is impersonating him and trying to get people to give him free stuff.
    He also has scammed/attempted to scam many other users of sweetstakes as evident of the -rep reports on bp.tf - FoxiE's Trust - backpack.tf
    Sadly I don't have a transcript, but the pictures should be enough
