Because He talked about a person named Sasuke2000 who suppose to have that unusual I won I asked him about LordCanos(Scammer):

Description : Today the 31.08.2015 11:00 am a Guy added me named LordCanos(Scammer) and told me that I won a Unusual but I would need to pay a fee to actually get it. Because I saw him not even owning a Unusual I asked him where he would get it from and he told me about sasuke2000, who actually told me to report this guy.

 

As I am named into this report, I will post a video of the my steam chat with the accused:

The accused claims that they have "told me about" this, but as seen in previous chats nothing of that nature was disguised. With what the accused said on Aug. 26th, I can assume that they were planning to ask me about it but it never occurred.
