What happened?:
Firstly, I wasn't sure how to enter the victim and accused info so I just put it with who has it currently and whom they bought it from.

As you can see from the history of the Cloudy Bonk Boy (screens below), there is a pretty hefty history of marked scammers where the hat was traded from. I'm not sure how it worked, but it seems like "Young niggas on for reel" and "Victim [I am back]" were working together or they were alts, but the hat was passed between those two, then eventually traded to "Jessica ♥". "Jessica ♥" then traded the hat to "WarMachine9602 B>CoC Accs" for an unknown price. The hat is currently in possession of "WarMachine9602 B>CoC Accs." One of the things which concerns me about this user is that he also owned this Bonk Boy: http://backpack.tf/item/487384461 , which, as if by coincidence, was also owned by "Jessica ♥"​
