I am submitting this appeal because i feel that getting collateral is the only thing that would have protected me from a potential chargeback. pandaman has said this 2 days after he had traded me the hazmats. Gyazo - e27dbf299ebc59d2c670cb90b57aecd6.png
He could still chargeback. He had blocked and removed me. Me keeping the hazmats would do me no good. He said i could sell them. I have sold two of them and i think this is the reason for my ban

Note. some of the screenshots are cropped because i took them in the heat of the time. I did not know that FoG policies are different and did not think that i would have to be in this situation.

The reason of your ban is for trading with Pandaman who is MARKED on steamrep after being warned by tf2outpost to not trade with scammers. I suppose the first one they warned you about is the one with

I was hesitant to mention this information earlier, but since you posted about the paypal trade, I might as well make this known.

The paypal user Lynne Wolfberg is pandaman's mother, he uses her paypal for tf2 trading. So that 3000 dollars he received was from pandaman. The payment was received before pandaman was marked, but not before his report here was made.

 

No, i did paypal with panda before he was marked. He got marked, i got collateral .This collateral trade is the reason of my mark. The first scammer trade was with Mr.Blue months ago. I admit i did trade him, yes, while he was marked, i did not check and was not as knowing of how all of this works at the time.

I'm not working with penek, but I know penek and sometimes he gives me proof to nail scammers. He helped me on another case here, and he is more than willing to rat another scammer out. He had a lot to say about you.

On June 7th was when I saw Jewlanders rep post on pandas backpack.tf page saying how he got colletral.

 

I have found another account that i have not logged into for 453 days. I forget when i made it, i forget what it is and why i made it.
