Invalid Trading with scammers - Report process.

Due to the high volume of slander and attacks on the way we process "Trading with scammers" reports, here is a brief explanation on how we handle these reports.

The steps:

1. Check which items the accused might have traded with a scammer or their alt account;
   
   
2. Calculate the value of the allegedly traded items;
   
   
3. Check the approximate date of the trade;
   
   
4. Check when the scammer received their SR mark. If the trade happend with a scammer alt- check if it's an obvious alt*.
   If the person has been marked on SR or is an obvious alt, Continue. if not, the report will be Archived.
   
   
5. Determine if the trade happend or not**.
   If the trade occured, Continue. If not, the report will be Archived.
   
   
6. Verify if the accused knew that he traded with a scammer/obvious alt and if they did so on purpose.
   
   
7. Follow the SR and FoG's guidelines to apply a verdict.

*From SteamRep's FAQ:

Conclusion:
We NEVER rely on just a link (backpack.tf, csgoexchange etc.) to provide a verdict. We do thorough research before accepting reports and applying tags to accused traders. We are here to educate people, not to "Tag and Bag" them.
