I am NOT the victim, I am posting on the victim's behalf, as they are unsure how to handle reports.

I've reported the accused to Outpost, as to close the trades. Hope this is enough evidence for a mark.

Description:

The accused (God of Fate) contacted the victim (Lucky) asking to buy the unusual he unboxed, which is a Morning Glory Bubble Pipe (Worth easily over 100+ keys)

God offered his Eerie Orbiting Fire Stuntsman and 500 Euro (Which then changed to 500 dollars after the victim asked for it in dollars). God promised to, after the trade, send the money directly into his steam wallet, and clarified it would NOT be through PayPal. This is, of course, impossible to do so. After making excuses why he couldn't buy keys and wait a week, they agreed to the trade.

After the trade God claimed he had to take a Pizza out, then never returned, changed games, and idled on the same trade server as Lucky, refusing any friend requests.

Hello @Kuuko, in order to proceed with the report we need: - Screenshot of the chat agreement in full and without cropping anything - if you have it; -Screenshot of the store transaction history ( http://store.steampowered.com/account/store_transactions ) in full screen; - Screenshot of the inventory with out requirements . We all so need a reply from the victim confirming the accusations.
