Accepted 76561198138732449 BluePanda #scammed for 2.4k

I do not know FOGs position on this type of report so I am just going to lay it out there.

I had commented on an Outpost trade to a person that is accused of being involved in a Paypal scam as shown in this report - http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/report-76561198112652443-tf2-team-fortress-2-items.101579/

A short while later, I was added by this user

I happened to notice that he was accused in this SR report:

The accused person identified in this report as Panda added me on Steam. As I checked his user info, I noticed he was an identified alt account of the victim in that report.
I decided to add him to hear what he had to say.
He was warning me not to buy a particular item, as it was scammed off of him on his alt account.

During the conversation, Panda admitted to Paypal scamming not only this victim, but this person as well for a $650 Paypal scam - TF2 Outpost / User / Ce.Squashauge for an unusual Woodsman - TF2 Outpost / Item

In addition, he admitted to sharking numerous times, of which I did not bother getting any details as the 2 Paypal incidents should take precedence.

As I was talking to this individual, it occurred to me that if he and his alt were banned on Outpost, how did he know I commented on the trade involving the item that was scammed from him.

Thus, I was able to determine that he had a new alt - TF2 Outpost / User / asdfghjkl

In the course of the conversation, I did direct the person to come clean on the pending SR report against him, which he made 2 comments on based on my suggestions for him to do so.

I do hope that the following conversations so collaborate that this is a self-admitted Paypal scammer and that action can be taken against this person.
