Why do you think you should be unbanned?

I admit that I did mask myself as HorseDick, but it was only to troll a few friends, I have been purchasing skins to load up this smurf for trading/betting but I hopped on today and was SteamRep Scammer-tagged, I hope this is resolved, as there is no proof towards the fact that I have scammed anyone... so I don't believe there is a reason to be banning me for harmless fun. Anyways, I do know how it looks, but I had no harmful intentions, and I stand by that statement. That said, I know it was wrong to mask myself as a SteamRep admin, but I would like to say once again that it was only in the intention of a prank. ​
