Why do you think you should be unbanned?

Yesterday i was banned on steamrep due to attempted paypal scam. I was going to buy the knife of the user that got me banned using paypal (paypal is easiest and quickest for me). What ended up happening was that i had gotten an offer from another friend of mine (personal friend). He was willing to sell his bayonet doppler, and i said i would pay for it. I no longer wanted the person i was originally going to buy from's knife, so i said i did not want his knife. i believe he took that like i was trying to avoid him, so he went to the forums and got me banned. The user i am going to buy the bayonet doppler from is http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198142190157 and he can vouch for me. Thanks​ ​

for anyone viewing this appeal, here is proof that i was going to buy the other knife. this conversation is between http://steamcommunity.com/id/advicebanana (the person who reported me for scamming) and my friend i was going to buy the knife from http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198142190157 . My friend sent me this this afternoon, and i screenshotted it when he shared screens with me on skype. if you dont know what im talking about, look at the original forum post where i was banned.
