What happened?
The guy added me and wanted to buy my knife. He told me was worried that I'd scam him, so he did not want to go first. I said no and that changed his mind.
Then he made up some yarn about Paypal payments taking 30 minutes, but

He has a bunch of untradable skins in his inventory which makes me think that he went on an unboxing spree, got jackshit and now needed to alleviate the lack of knife by stealing one.
