What happend :

The user traded with a marked scammer, about 2 years after the user got marked. The trade was between a Unusual Pyro's Beanie (Blizzardy Storm) for a Unusual Milkman (Bubbling). Could not find any of the items on backpack.tf history. The trade was done in 2014 incase anyone is wondering.

According to Citrus, the trade happened before the "victim" was marked.

Don't use victim or scammer. Use "Traded with" and "Accused".

 

I was marked on the 1ST of september 2012.

Clearly, I was marked when trading with this user.

 

Idk what this fucking moron is trying to do, he's trying to getting me marked on each community....

Accepting any of these reports will just promote this kind of bullshit, trading with scammers is wrong but using SteamRep as a means of blackmail is 100x worse.

 

Just ban the blackmailer permanently from the forums, problem solved.
He's already marked so.

 

Trading with a scammer is trading with a scammer. Whether the scammer was trying to blackmail or not makes no difference.

 

But there's a difference, most of the trades occurred a long time ago (even a year ago), the scammer IS trying to blackmail others, so it does make a difference and if FoG gives a caution to the users, it just shows that they promote these kinds of things.
