Don't think this warrants a scammer tag. No items were involved. He paid for a service and charged back that service. As such he will be removed from that community

Just started vacation and this is what I get. Anyways my bank has gone haywire, thinking it's in someone else's hands so it's doing a major refund spree. Once I contact a BP.TF Mod I will pay the amount I owe in pure.

Also I'll be gone for awhile, going to London.
