Why do you think you should be unbanned?

First of all I'm not an alt. The previous account I used was my friends and not using it anymore. I was banned from outpost on my current account (76561198090046471) but still I did not create another new account to bypass outpost ban. As I said outpost ban appeal section where nobody looks at there, I'm not a broker. I traded my Green Energy Team Captain with Korra and found out (when I’m banned from outpost) he is alt of scammer. TF2 Outpost / User / Korra
Trading With Korra:
The deal was my GE TC for Korra's Arcana AA + Scorching Charmers + PE Anger + GE Baker + Ghosts Yellow Belt. After the trade Korra wanted to trade back yellow belt because he did not know it became a misc recently. That’s why I traded back Ghosts Yellow Belt + SF Knife for his Roboactive Cold Killer.

Disco Swagmans Trade
I traded “Buwa” 2 months ago. Deal was my Disco Hat of Cards for his Disco Swagman Swatter.
Disco HOC Trade (Buwa): TF2 Outpost / Trade (1year ago)
Buwa is banned after 1 month as he is tagged as a scammer.
Buwa’s last trade: TF2 Outpost / Trade (11 months ago)

Finally, GBH TC is duped, I did not buy it from scammer. Current user is not even banned from outpost.

All in all I should not trade with Korra before checking his SteamRep Profile. I was newbie at that time. After outpost ban I did not trade with anyone who is tagged as scammer. I even rejected a very good deal for my Golden Pan. Earl Darkwood offered his Sunbeams HKC + Morning Glory HKC + PE Glasgow + Sunbeams Siberian which is +100 buds profit. Nobody added me and asked me proofs about my trades. Remember, I’m not a broker or scammer. I traded with tagged person only once when I did not know he is a scammer alt. Other proofs “Cobalt” provided are wrong. Currently if someone trades with a scammer first time TF2OP bans user ~2-3 weeks as a warning. I’m permanently banned and I think I don’t deserve scammer tag. ​

Then as i said we agreed and traded. My Disco HOC for his Disco Swagmans. After the trade Buwa created 29 trades, 26 of them closed by himself but 3 of them closed by outpost because he is marked.

Accepting this, Buwa isn't an obvious scammer alt, and isn't banned on SR. Therefore full removed of tag. @n0name
